Benevolence Ministry

Our objective:

As the recent events of our economy have come to impact so many, we found our calling to help those in need.  The focus of this ministry is to help those in need by providing food, household items, holiday dinners and gifts for families who are unable to do so.  It is amazing to see these people brought closer to the Lord by this simple act of love and kindness.  This ministry truly exemplifies what it means to love your neighbor, just as Christ has called us to do.

Upcoming Events

The Benevolence Ministry is accepting donations for the food pantry.  Items currently needed are:

Boxed meals (hamburger helper, Mac n Cheese, etc)
Pastas,
Rice,
Stuffing,
Canned Vegetables,
Oatmeal,
Pancake Mix
Beverages (drink mix, juice, soda,)
PB & J
Cans of Tuna, Diced Chicken, Re-fried Beans.
Toilet Paper,
soap,
shampoo,
toothpaste
Gift Cards to local grocery stores (so milk, bread, eggs, etc. may be purchased by families)

*CSV cannot accept food donations past expiration dates,
please check items before donating. Thank You!

Donations may be brought to our guest services table on Sundays,
other wise you may contact: rebecca@sunvalleyfamily.org
for drop off date/time at the church office.
